Ever since my dad had his heat attack he has to always carry this one little tiny pill around with him in case he should start to have another one. Honeymoon

Well one thing that I am looking forward to this spring is my high school friends wedding. I have been waiting for this for a very long time. I was asked to stand up in the wedding but I had to decline because I will be way to pregnant to really do much. Being in a wedding is a big responsibility and I did not want anything to happen where I had to cancel. So I told her that just because i am not in the wedding does not mean that I do not want to help her in every way that I can. I told her that I would love to help find things or run places for her. I still think that it is a little gross that people take fish oil, but I was reading about it and I do know that it has many benefits. I know that my dad takes it at least one time a dad because his doctor recommended it for his heart. He takes this along with many other pills everyday. All those pills can get really expensive. Ever since a couple years ago when my dad suffered from a heart attack he has been loving to exercise. He has really changed his life around. With his eating habits and with doing routine exercise. He loves to ride his bike sometimes going as far as twenty miles on one day. His doctor said he is doing very well and to keep up the good work. I need a vacation

It happens to everyone I think, I need a vacation. Every year after a while you begin to think of a nice vacation. It usually comes around tax time if we did not just take a vacation at Christmas. I always think of going some place nice. I would even like to go to a hotel for a night or two not to far away just to get away. Well I was looking now at the Outer Banks. It sure looks like a nice and easy place to book a vacation. I get tempted every year to take our tax return and book a vacation but I know some day we will be able to do that with out any worries. Shopping around

One thing I always like to do before just going out and buying something is to shop around. I am not really one of those impulse buyers. I want to get the very best price for the very best quality of merchandise. I want what I am getting to last a while and also be a price that is affordable. It amazes me how you can see the same things at different store for sometimes hundreds less than at other places. I guess those prices are for the shoppers who want that item now and could care less the price. Well that for sure is not me. I will even save my receipt if the item goes on sale and I will return it. That's why when we buy blind for out house (which is all the time). I like to get Cheap Blinds. They last the same amount of time with the kids around and they are much cheaper in price that the more expensive ones. It really does pay to shop around.

Crest white strips

Last time Ken the kids and I went to Texas we went to the mall and seen this kiosk that did teeth whitening right in the middle of the mall. I love having white teeth so I wanted to give it a try. Ken was laughing at me but told me to try it if I wanted to. I was so happy with the results and I still wish that we had one here in Illinois. Well we don't but we do have crest white strips. What is a pain pump?

Did you ever hear of a shoulder pain pump? Well I guess they have been used in my different surgeries however they are finding out that they are really not as safe as they seem to think they were. They were great until they found out that they were delivering to much medication and that it was destroying cartilage causing a condition called Postarthroscopic Glenohumeral Chondrolysis. Right now they are looking for people that have used these pumps for a lawsuit that is currently being conducted. It you or anyone you know has ever used one of these pumps please let them know they could get in on this law suit.

Head and shoulders

I always like to have head and shoulders around our house. I never need it and Ken also never needs it but when you have a baby they always seem to get cradle cap and they always tell you to use it and it will be gone. What do you use?

When you think of weight loss what is the very first thing that comes to mind. I guess when I think of it I think of changing my eating habits and making a commitment to exercise a couple times a week. Going to the zoo

I am not really a huge fan of the zoo but I know that the kids really love it and so does my husband. One of the many things that you see at the zoo it tons of kids wagons because you can hold lots of stuff in them. I like it because when Ben gets tired of walking he can also get a small ride in the wagon instead of getting carried or complaining about it. It also is great to hold a couple drinks or your lunch. You should really get one if you do not yet have a wagon.

A Sample of my favorite snack

Well I discovered these little 100 calorie snack some time ago and I have to say that they have become my favorite little snack. I though it was a little strange considering I do not like rice cakes at all. It must be the chocolate that makes them so yummy. If you have not yet tried them you surely should.
