Head and shoulders

I always like to have head and shoulders around our house. I never need it and Ken also never needs it but when you have a baby they always seem to get cradle cap and they always tell you to use it and it will be gone. What do you use?

When you think of weight loss what is the very first thing that comes to mind. I guess when I think of it I think of changing my eating habits and making a commitment to exercise a couple times a week. Cream of wheat

One thing I regret is stopping giving my kids oat meal and hot cereals for breakfast. I stopped when they were babies and I really wish I would not have. So have you ever heard of Decaslim? Well I have to say that I have never heard of it before I was looking at online review about different diet pills. Going to the zoo

I am not really a huge fan of the zoo but I know that the kids really love it and so does my husband. One of the many things that you see at the zoo it tons of kids wagons because you can hold lots of stuff in them. I like it because when Ben gets tired of walking he can also get a small ride in the wagon instead of getting carried or complaining about it. It also is great to hold a couple drinks or your lunch. You should really get one if you do not yet have a wagon.

A Sample of my favorite snack

Well I discovered these little 100 calorie snack some time ago and I have to say that they have become my favorite little snack. I though it was a little strange considering I do not like rice cakes at all. It must be the chocolate that makes them so yummy. If you have not yet tried them you surely should. They have different flavors but I suggest the chocolate.
