Ever since a couple years ago when my dad suffered from a heart attack he has been loving to exercise. He has really changed his life around. With his eating habits and with doing routine exercise. He loves to ride his bike sometimes going as far as twenty miles on one day. His doctor said he is doing very well and to keep up the good work. I need a vacation

It happens to everyone I think, I need a vacation. Every year after a while you begin to think of a nice vacation. It usually comes around tax time if we did not just take a vacation at Christmas. I always think of going some place nice. I would even like to go to a hotel for a night or two not to far away just to get away. Well I was looking now at the Outer Banks. It sure looks like a nice and easy place to book a vacation. I get tempted every year to take our tax return and book a vacation but I know some day we will be able to do that with out any worries. I always keep that page bookmarked on my computer just in case I want to look at what they have to offer. I just love good deals.

Shopping around

One thing I always like to do before just going out and buying something is to shop around. I am not really one of those impulse buyers. I want to get the very best price for the very best quality of merchandise. I want what I am getting to last a while and also be a price that is affordable. It amazes me how you can see the same things at different store for sometimes hundreds less than at other places. I guess those prices are for the shoppers who want that item now and could care less the price. Well that for sure is not me. I will even save my receipt if the item goes on sale and I will return it. That's why when we buy blind for out house (which is all the time). I like to get Cheap Blinds. They last the same amount of time with the kids around and they are much cheaper in price that the more expensive ones. It really does pay to shop around.

Crest white strips

Last time Ken the kids and I went to Texas we went to the mall and seen this kiosk that did teeth whitening right in the middle of the mall. I love having white teeth so I wanted to give it a try. Ken was laughing at me but told me to try it if I wanted to. I was so happy with the results and I still wish that we had one here in Illinois. Well we don't but we do have crest white strips. What is a pain pump?

Did you ever hear of a shoulder pain pump? Well I guess they have been used in my different surgeries however they are finding out that they are really not as safe as they seem to think they were. They were great until they found out that they were delivering to much medication and that it was destroying cartilage causing a condition called Postarthroscopic Glenohumeral Chondrolysis. Right now they are looking for people that have used these pumps for a lawsuit that is currently being conducted.
