So many times do I find myself not being able to sleep. Whether it be something on my mind or me just tossing and turning because I just can not sleep. Well sometimes I do take some Tylenol pm to help me fall asleep. Well now CVS pharmacy is giving away sleep kits. Complete with ear plugs, and eye mask and stickers as well as Tylenol.
