Going to school

Well I have to admit I was doing really good at going back to school but I have burned myself out the last couple semesters because I took to many classes. I was trying to get done but then I stopped when I had the baby and now it is even harder for me to get back on the wagon again. I was looking at a medical assistant training school so that I could finish sooner before I stopped going. I am going to go back maybe next year. I know that I want to work days when the kids are in school. I have some time yet because I want to be the one that is there for them during the day time. We are in no financial trouble that I need to work now so there is no rush. I do look forward to it in the future.

Keeping up

I personally am not one that always has to keep up with the other people in the world. As a matter of fact I usually am the last to get the new technology but I am actually fine with it. I know some people have to have everything first and need to have the biggest and the best of everything but that is not me. I was in fact just looking at ipods the other day. I really have never looked into getting one before. I thought it would be nice to have when I was going for my nightly walk. They have pretty good prices on them now. Do you have one yet?

Leave Notes

Great Savings

When Ken and I first got together way back in 1999 I have to say we were two dumb kids. I can not believe how we used to just spend money like we were super rich or something. I guess we used to think that because we had credit cards we had money. In actuality we did not have money at all we were just borrowing it from the creditors. Well needless to say we learned the hard way. We are slowly pulling ourselves out of debt by saving where ever possible. I now am a coupon clipper when I go to the grocery stores as well as when I shop online. I have a few sites that I always return to because they always keep the coupons up to date unlike some places where you can get coupons that expired ten years ago. You can get some pretty good deals at places like overstock.com especially if you have an online coupon. My all time favorite place to shop for Ken is eforcity because I can get great deals on electronic stuff for Ken for his special days. Where ever I shop I am looking for an online coupon. It just helps me save some extra cash so I can get out of debt faster.

New TV

Well it seems as if we just bought a new tv a couple years ago. In actuality we really did just buy it. However we are not sure what happened to ours now. We suspect that one of the kids put a magnet to it because there is a spot that the color is bad on it. Well what are we to do but save for a new one. I was thinking that we could get a plasma tv next and Ken is all for that idea. So I was looking around for plasma mounts so we can get an average price on the whole package. Well it seems we will have to save for a while but in time we will get one when this old tv goes out for good.

Helping A Friend

I have a very good friend that lives in Washington. A couple weeks ago she called me and asked me if I could help her out. Well I said sure I would love to try but being so far away I was not really sure what she had in mind of me helping her. It turned out that she just wanted me to help her looking up a couple things on the internet. She had a virus on her computer and was not able to go it herself. My Diet

Looking for something?

In just a few weeks Ken and my cell phone contract will be over and we will be eligible for new free phones. Of Course we will again have to sign another two year contract. I really don't mind signing and neither does Ken but it would be nice to get a new phone and maybe skip the part about the contract. It really is amazing because we have had the same cellular phones for a couple years now and for the most part they are still working pretty well. My phone does go out once in a while but if I wait it comes right back. Ken is usually the one to need a new phone first but this time it is me. We have been looking around for a while now and I think we have found some phones we like.

I Love Babies

One thing that I love so much are little babies. I especially love my own babies. One thing that I love about when a new baby is coming I love to go to baby showers. I love to go shopping and pick out tons of cute little baby outfits for the new parents to be. I remember when Ken and I had our baby shower it was so nice to receive all the stuff from your family and friends. It sure takes a load off when you don't have to worry about purchasing the stuff yourself.
I have to tell I have seen some very cute baby shower invites but these are simply over the top. They are super cute and come in many different styles. Oh I wish I could go to another shower in the future.

Have a Truck

Ever since I was a little girl my dad has always owned a truck. I am not saying by any means that his truck was brand new or the best but I will have to say it has always done its job of a truck. I remember his first truck being red and I really loved that truck because I helped him always fix it up. Well I probably did not help that much but my dad always let me think that I helped. He would always buy new truck accessories and we would put them on together. We used that truck for just about everything. It is nice to have a truck especially when you are moving. It can hold many more big items than a car or van. I hope to get a new truck some day.

Love auctions

I love going to auctions. I never really enjoyed it until I realized that you can get some pretty great stuff from them. I know that the first time I suggested to Ken that we go to an auction he was not that excited till he purchased a saw for a fraction of the price. Now we love to check the papers and go to all the auctions in our area. We even do free online auctions right on the web. Then we can check out the stuff with out even leaving the house. Falling asleep?

Sometimes with a new baby it is very hard to stay awake during the day of the baby still has not been put on a schedule. They can have their night and days mixed up and be up all night forcing you to also stay up. I know how it is since I have three small kids. I have yet to try NoDoz yet but I have heard good things. School Time

Well it is finally this time in summer when you begin to think about school. School is starting for many people this coming week. For some it has even started today. Ken will be starting this coming Monday. He will only be taking one class because that is all his schedule will allow. We saved a ton of money by buying his textbook at Amazon books instead of the school book store. It seems that mark the books up so much. Horse back riding

I remember when I was a little girl my mom had a friend that had a horse named "Sunny". I loved to go to her house because it was always fun riding the horse.
