Whats the best?

Do you have acne? Well if you do then you probably have tried a ton of different remedies that are already on the market. I know that every time I get a little pimple I freak out and put some acne cream on it so that it does not turn into something more. I am so grateful that I don't have one of those faces that has tons of marks on it from acne. How do you get rid of it once you have it anyways? What is the best acne treatment on the market?
