Reading as I wait

Well if you don't already know the grocery store closest to my house is where I usually get all my deals. I love coupon shopping these days because it sure makes for a smaller grocery bill for us. I can go to the store almost everyday and get some sort of very good deal on some free products. Since I am always at the store waiting in lines I am always glancing at the magazines that are by the check out. There are always add that promise to help you loose weight in just five minutes a day. Well my question is are those diets that work? Well I would bet they would not be just because most say you don't even need to exercise. That is my first clue that something sounds a little off. Sure you can loose weight if you cut back your eating but really eventually you have to also exercise as well. It is funny how there are so many different add on different magazines that promise the impossible. You can sometimes just find the best information right from your home computer.

No Frizz

Frizz, now that's something that I have a lot. I have to use some sort of frizz product in my hair every time I wash it or I will look terrible. When Ken and I used to just be dating he would always say that he would love to see my hair natural one day. Well one day I decided to honor his wish and show him. I left all products out of it and let my hair grow and grow as it dried. Well when it was finally finished he was laughing and said he was sure glad I always put stuff in it. The Best

Every now an then I see certain commercials play on the tv set. It seems like around different times of the year they target you for different products for gift giving. They always play a ton of different toy commercials for kids around Christmas so they can beg for them for a few months long. I always see sun block add popping up around April because that is when they are usually thinking people are vacationing and having outdoor activities. In the winter I notice that they usually push things like face cream because if you are anything like me you begin to have dry skin. I always use a face cream in the evenings because I like to keep my face moisturized after washing it. I tend to have dry skin and get dry patches on my face if I forget to moisturize.

Well today was actually a good day for me. I always feel run down if I don't take a shower until the end of the day. I usually wait because I want to work out then take my shower.However today I was able to work out in the morning and then I took a shower so I felt good all day long. Ben and Maddie really kept Aidan entertained for me so I was able to walk and run on the treadmill for a half hour in the morning before I even took Ben to school. I really like working out sooner rather than later at night. It is fun at night because then Ken and I can do it together but i might switch off and on every other day to keep it interesting. I was thinking today while working out if I could find fat burners that really work I could loose more weight even faster. It would be nice because I would like it to take a shorter time to achieve my weight loss goals. I would like to be on a regular schedule before we have our vacation so I can continue it when I'm there. It might be easier than just starting later. It seems like it is easy to put dieting off until the next week but really I cant put it off any longer.

Dog Food

Here happens to be another one of those great samples that I talk about. Since I told you not so long ago that Ken never seems to remember that we are almost out of dog food until a couple days have gone by and poor bailey still has not had any food. Well I like to have a couple free samples laying around just in case. Here is the link to this Rachael Ray dog food. Acne

Since summer is just around the corner I am already planning. I know that since we are taking a vacation to a warmer state this year I have to begin thinking about it now. I always have really dry skin in the winter but when summer hits my skin tends to need more washing because I am prone to pimples because of the heat. I have to work on finding some acne treatments now so that I can be ready when the summer months hit. I usually do stick with what I know works but my current treatment is a little to costly. I really don't like paying a lot of money for things when I started couping so I am always looking for a better deal for my money. I am glad because actually I have found tons of new products just by trying them out because they cost less than my usual brand. I have to get to ordering now so that I can be prepared. Hopefully summer will be here very soon. I am getting tired of the cold night. I long for the day I can keep the windows open in the evenings.

Connected

It just so happens that one day when I was working out at my club a friend that I used to have from high school walked in to join as well. She seen me and we connected ever since. She is really big into car racing. She has decals on her car as well as a Nascar jacket. I have never really bought her a gift before but I do know that she was in the hospital fro a while last week because she was texting me with the details of her test and her surgery. I was thinking that maybe I should buy her a little racing gift because I know that she will really like it. Her uncle is actually a race car driver so she has enjoyed it for a while now. I really never talked to her much in high school but I am glad now we are more connected and talk a lot. It sure is nice having a lot of friends. I think one can never have to many.

Oatmeal

Well I really never eat oatmeal so I can't blame my kids for not wanting to try it when I try to give it to them. I do like it but for some reason I don't know how to make it very well because it never turns out for me. Aidan however loves his oatmeal every morning. He eats it right when he gets up. I know that it is pretty good for you so I will give this stuff a try since its free anyways. It night be easier to make. I always like it with fresh fruit. Working Out

Well lately since I have been working out at the gym Ken has decided that he also wants to get into shape. I am by no means saying that I am in shape at all but I have been trying to eat better and exercise more that I was in the past. That's why lately Ken and I have been working out together in the basement when I don't go to the gym. I know he likes doing it more when we are doing it together. It makes the time go by faster and it also gives you someone to talk to while doing it. We usually stick to the weight lifting and to the treadmill. I was also looking into the kymaro body shaper just to look a little more toned when I am getting dressed up. It seems that it is becoming very popular and it looks like ti would last a while. I like that it is a two piece set so that it would be easier to remove if you need to use the bathroom. I also like that it comes in black because that is the color that I would choose. It would get dirty less and I also like to always order things in black because I usually always wear black anyways. Check them out they make you looked more tone than you actually are. What could be better.

Dry Hair

It seems like some people always have everything better. I am sure it seems that way for just about everyone. It seems to be human nature to always want what others have. Its terrible that we think that way and that we can not just be happy with what we have but one thing that I know I would love to have is better hair. I would love hair that is not dry. Your Life

Well life insurance is not really something you would buy for yourself but it is something you would get so that you could better protect your loved ones. Ken has a life insurance policy from his work but I don't have one. I keep telling him that we need to get some different life insurance quotes so we can get a policy to protect him if something happens to me. He does not like the thought of it now but I know he will not like it even more later if we don't have one in place. it is just a great way to make sure our future is a little better if something should happen.

Stand

When we bought our now entertainment center out of the paper when we first bout the new tv I loved it. Ken thought it was perfect for the living room as did I. Now that I see it everyday I still like it but also wish it was just a little smaller. Ken also wishes it would house a huge flat screen tv. I know that he would like a bigger tv but that also means we need to look into bigger tv stands. I am pretty picky with three small kids that I need something that is closed off that can be made into a child proof unit. I don't have time to be chasing them away from temptations all the time. I might have found one I like for next year when I'm sure Ken is going to get a new set.

Doggy Samples

Ken thinks its funny when I get dog samples in the mail because it seems as if we never use them. Well as a matter of fact we do always use them when we run out of dog food. Ken has a bad habit of always using the rest of things before he decides it is time to get more. I always make a note when we are running low on something and then I get it the next time we are at the store. He however is a little different by telling me when he goes to fill the food "Oh yeah we are out of food". Well that's wonderful. Its night time who wants to run to the store. Finally

I finally with my last child had the chance to send out birth announcements when he was born. I really wish that I was able to do it with all the kids but I guess I was just to overwhelmed with being a mom for the first and second time to remember. I know I had good intentions of doing it but time just went so fast and I figured it was to late. I always love to get an announcement in the mail when a new baby is born. It is nice because if they live far away then you finally get the chance to see the little peanut in a photo. New parents never really have time to send pictures to everyone so a birth announcement is a nice way of getting the word out. It is also nice because I know for a fact that sometimes after you have just had a baby you really don't feel like talking to everyone on the phone because you just exhausted. I know everyone want to talk to the new mommy but its easier to announce with an announcement so just maybe mom can get some rest instead of being on the phone all day.

Free Shampoo

Since we are planning a vacation and I do not like to bring huge bottle of shampoo and conditioner in my suitcase I always like to suck up on samples. I get a few for everyone in the family then we can just toss them when we are finished and we have more room for the good stuff when we are coming home. Here is a nice sample from loreal.

A new laptop

It seems that our laptop is not very old but when we go to the electronics store you can tell that it is really out dated. It seems as if now they make these computers almost paper thin and so light weight. I don't think that we have any plans in the near future to get a new laptop but when we do decided to get one I will want it to be Kens very own since I have pretty much claimed this one and Ken never uses it. I am sure he would like the Sony VAIO. It is really good for gaming and I know that he likes to play games. He could also use it for his school work next semester. It seems more and more people are actually taking computers to their classes these days instead of a pen and paper. The times sure have changed since I was in school just a few years ago.

Motor home

We always like to go camping in the summer time. Some do not like it because they do not enjoy sleeping outside in a tent on the ground. Ken never really went camping before he meet unless you call camping in a friends back yard a camping trip. This summer we actually have a camping trip planned. We first have to get a new tent because since Ken and I went camping last our family has grown just a little, well by three kids. If you don't like to camp you could also use a motor home. They have many services for those people including motorhome towing if you should have an emergency. It really is a worry free getaway. I can not wait till it gets warmer so we can go camping again.
